Acidulated malt reduces the pH value of the wort, resulting in:
a better mash working
intensified fermentation
improved flavour stability
and beer with a lighter colour and a balanced aroma.
Uses: Pilsner, light beer, wheat beer, ales and all beer types for optimizing the pH-level

Typically 0.2 kg of grain will decrease the mash of a single batch of 20-23 L by 0.2 pH

Your Target Mash pH should ideally be pH 5.2 to 5.1 at room temp
